These terms apply when you browse the Village Grocer Malaysia storefront, add products to cart, place an order, use checkout, or access order support features.

Products, Prices, And Availability

Product names, images, descriptions, sizes, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We aim to keep the storefront accurate, but the final order details shown at checkout are the details that apply to that purchase.

• Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit (RM).
• Product images are for shopping reference and may differ slightly from packaging received.
• Weighted, fresh, or prepared products may vary by availability and fulfilment conditions.
• If an item becomes unavailable, the order may be adjusted or support may contact you.

Orders, Payment, And Confirmation

An order is submitted only when checkout accepts the payment session and the storefront can process the order details. We may review, reject, cancel, or adjust an order if payment fails, stock is unavailable, delivery details are incomplete, or misuse is detected.

• You are responsible for checking cart contents, quantities, delivery address, phone number, and payment details before submission.
• The final payable amount includes product prices, discounts, delivery fees, and any accepted coupon shown before payment.
• Order confirmation does not guarantee every item can be fulfilled if availability changes before packing.

Promotions And Discounts

Promotions are applied according to the rules shown in the storefront at the time of checkout. Some promotions may be limited by category, item, order value, redemption count, stock, or delivery session.

• Super Sale gifts and discounts are calculated automatically in the cart where eligible.
• Free gifts, bonus quantities, coupon discounts, and delivery promotions may not be exchangeable for cash.
• If an order is cancelled, refunded, or adjusted, promotional benefits may also be adjusted.

Delivery And Substitutions

Delivery is available only in supported service areas and within available delivery windows. Delivery timing may be affected by address accuracy, building access, weather, traffic, stock, and operational capacity.
