Scheduled delivery
- Choose an available 2-hour delivery slot
- RM 5.00 delivery fee
- Free delivery from RM 15.00

- Product availability may change while your order is being prepared.
- If an item becomes unavailable, customer support may contact you or adjust the order before fulfilment.
- Promotional prices, gifts, and discounts are calculated from the final cart shown before payment.
Delivery Fees
- Immediate delivery costs RM 10.00; orders from RM 30.00 receive free immediate delivery.
- Scheduled delivery costs RM 5.00; orders from RM 15.00 receive free scheduled delivery.
- The delivery fee is calculated from the order value after product promotions and before payment.
- Any active delivery fee or free delivery message shown in checkout is the final fee for that session.
Receiving Your Groceries
- Please keep your phone reachable after checkout in case the delivery team needs to confirm access details.
- Check fresh, chilled, frozen, and fragile items soon after receiving the order.
- If no one is available to receive the order, redelivery or cancellation handling may depend on product condition and delivery team availability.
- Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items with your order details and photos where relevant.
